Federal Fair Housing Act

Texas Fair Housing Act
The Texas Fair Housing Act mirrors the federal protections above and applies to all real estate transactions within the state of Texas.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act
We do business in accordance with the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act. It is illegal to discriminate in any credit transaction on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or because all or part of an applicant's income comes from a public assistance program.
